Bissky Art ships worldwide. Buyers in Canada and the U.S. can usually expect to receive their painting within 10 business days. International shipping times vary.
Shipping is FREE within Canada. U.S. shipping is $9.99, and international shipping is $29.99. These flat shipping rates are applied at checkout. For other payment or local pickup options, please contact hello@bisskyart.com.
Paintings are shipped unframed, to save you on shipping costs and allow you to choose your own frame. Original paintings are usually shipped flat with archival museum-quality mats (front and back) made from 100% cotton fibres and acid-free adhesive tape for hinging the front mat to the back, but at our discretion prints and some originals may be shipped rolled without mats. Original paintings are always carefully packaged and fully insured for shipping.
Bissky Art is unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on purchased and shipped artwork. In the unlikely event that a purchase is made accidentally, please notify us at hello@bisskyart.com IMMEDIATELY. If we are notified within 12 hours of an accidental, unintended purchase, we will refund you the full amount of your payment, including any shipping, handling, and tax surcharges. In the similarly unlikely event that you attempt to purchase and pay for a painting that has already been sold to another buyer, we will refund you the full amount of your payment, including any shipping, handling, and tax surcharges. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after items have been shipped.
While Bissky Art makes every attempt to carefully and responsibly package artwork and other purchased goods, we are only partially responsible for condition and delivery of purchased goods. For this reason, original paintings are shipped fully insured by Canada Post. Claims to Canada Post for damaged or lost goods must be claimed within 90 days of shipping. In such an event, we will make every attempt to work with you and Canada Post to obtain reimbursement for the damaged or lost item(s).
